• Launching of a Gurgaon Water Campaign which starts Outdoor hoardings in association with MCG. The campaign will later use digital, mobile, ambient and other media vehicles to spread awareness.

• Up-gradation of the existing rainwater nallahs across Gurgaon starting with the nallah at the Genpact crossing on Golf Course Road (1.2 km). The redefined nallahs will not only mitigate the problem of storm water management but in addition will also improve pedestrian traffic management.

• Cleaning up of villages and improving sanitation and conditions around them. The initiative started with Sikandarpur, which has been a huge success. We are now taking this initiative across more villages with Nathupur identified as the next village.

• An enhanced plantation drive to green Gurgaon with an ambitious plan to plant 600,000 trees in the city.

• Further development and events to plant trees and flowers at the biodiversity park located in the Aravalli Range near the Delhi border. This project will not only reinforce the local ecology but also change the landscape of the entire Range in the area.

• Working with NGOs to build a wider network that encourages the recycling of newspapers into bags and other products.

• Launching a school initiative that teaches kids to become more aware about their environment and take positive steps to improve and preserve it. The awareness drive will include events, presentations and projects for children of all age groups.
